MORNING MIXERS
A networking opportunity offered at a different time of day for those members who can’t attend our Business After Hours held in the evening. Morning Mixers offer smaller businesses the opportunity to showcase their business and property. Morning Mixers are held from 7:30– 9:00 am each month. The Chamber promotes the event, gathers door prizes, and handles sign-in and introductions the day of the event.

PROMOTING YOUR PRODUCT
Do you have a program or offer a seminar that you want to market to other Chamber members? Then Promoting Your Product (PYP) is the initiative for you. The Chamber’s role with PYP is to help market your program or seminar, not to endorse it. The Chamber will promote your event, including information on registration, through several offerings: a 450 word description in our monthly newsletter, Tradewinds; two (2) Upcoming Events email Blasts, one in conjunction with other Chamber events, and one stand- alone; a listing in the Chamber’s Calendar of Events; and one press release to area media outlets.
The presenting business provides location, program, food and beverage, and details to the Chamber to promote, including coordinating the schedule to avoid conflicts with other Chamber sponsored events. Reservations are also the responsibility of the event host.

BUSINESS AFTER HOURS
This is a great opportunity for chamber members to attract other members to their facility or co-host with another member to promote their business. The Chamber will publicize the event in monthly newsletter and local press, send out a reminder email blast, and arrange for door prizes. Host is responsible for providing food and refreshments. Adequate space and appropriate location required and must be approved in advance by the Chamber. Business After Hours are held from 5:00- 7:00 pm.
Door Prize Donor- A great opportunity for our members to draw attention to their business by giving away an item or gift certificate at the monthly reception. Donors are mentioned and thanked both at the event and in the newsletter.
Members can take advantage of Business After Hours by attending the event in order to personally promote their business and network with other area business people.

EMAIL SERVICES
Reach over 500 Chamber members through our broadcast email. You provide the information in a jpeg or gif ready format. A great opportunity to get your message out.

ADDRESS LABELS
Address labels are available upon request and can be produced alphabetically or by zip code. The labels include, in addition to those of members, labels for multiple contacts in larger companies as well as local and state officials.

DIRECT MAILING
Members can reach other members by inserting their brochure or flyer into the monthly newsletter mailing or inserting a business card size ad. Quantity required is 550,“8 ½ x 11” sheet. Deadline is the 15th of each month.
