The Chamber Children’s Fund, established in 1989, raises money that is turned into vouchers.  These vouchers are distributed through local social service agencies to their clients.  Parents can take these vouchers to participating merchants and use them as they would a gift certificate to buy clothing, outwear, or bedding for children up to 18 years of age.  The fund supports children up to 18 years of age and serves families in Brentwood, East Kingston, Epping, Exeter, Kensington, Kingston, Newfields, Newmarket, Raymond and Stratham.

The Chamber Children’s Fund reaches out to families in need.  Through the generosity of so many people, the fund has assisted more than 1,500 children with donations in the last five years alone.  The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce absorbs all the administrative costs, so 100% of the money raised goes directly into providing warm clothing and blankets for the needy children in the area. All contributions are tax-deductible.
